Shipping
All orders are processed within 7 business days. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us through the contact form.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Manufacturing Defects: If your item has a defect due to manufacturing, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund.
Order Mistakes: If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, you may return it, but you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
International Orders: Customers outside the U.S. must cover the cost of return shipping, unless due to manufacturing defects, in which case, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the defect.

We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
3. Refunds & Replacements
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship a new item once the return is processed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items.
Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
5. Additional Information
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
