The BevAll™ BreakOff (Patent Pending) is the heavy-duty version of the original bevel cutter, designed for cosplayers, model-builders, and prop-makers who want that perfect, clean cut on thicker materials, like high-density EVA foam, leather, or insulation foam. First, set your BevAll™ to the desired angle, in increments of 15 degrees. This bevel cutting tool supports a full 120 degrees of angles, more than any other BevAll™, so you can cut in any direction with no issues, and the tool’s lock feature means the angle will never wiggle. The BevAll™ rests flush against the cutting surface, meaning that the material itself is supporting the tool instead of just your hand—meaning the cut requires less force, less cramping, and a perfectly-angled cut every time.
The BevAll™ BreakOff is designed to be used with any 18mm breakoff blades that you can find in bulk at any hardware store. (If you’ve ever seen one of those extendable knives from a toolkit, it’s the same kind of blade.) Simply insert the blade and screw it into place, then set the foam bevel cutter to your desired angle and start cutting. Blade not included.
