The BevAll™ is the original bevel cutter for cosplayers, model-builders, and prop-makers everywhere. First, set your BevAll™ Scalpel to the desired angle, in increments of 15 degrees. This bevel cutting tool supports 9 different settings, 0°, ±15°, ±30°, ±45°, ±60° (relative to vertical). The tool’s lock feature means the angle will never wiggle, giving you perfect cuts on smooth curves, long straight cuts, and everything in between. The BevAll™ rests flush against the cutting surface, meaning that the foam itself is supporting the tool instead of just your hand—meaning the cut requires less force, less cramping, and a perfectly-angled cut every time. Then adjust your blade depth, and provide consistent pressure downwards while pulling or pushing through the material to get a perfect bevel every time!
The BevAll™ Scalpel works with most single thickness #3 Surgical Scalpel handle, Metal or Plastic. Any blade that will fit that handle will fit on the blade and through the BevAll™. Simply insert #3 handle with a blade attached into the slot, use the provided thumbscrew to set your depth, then set the foam bevel cutter to your desired angle and start cutting. Blades and handle are not included.
The BevAll™ Scalpel is crafted from Black Nylon using Multi-Jet Fusion 3D printing. That means each BevAll™ Scalpel is made to industrial-quality specifications, while still remaining a cost-effective choice for the average hobbyist. This makes them extremely durable—one cutter will last you for years.
